Have you become aware that you need to work with your inner child?

It can feel daunting embarking on this type of personal exploration, especially if you have had trauma or upset in your formative years.
My doll is made to make real for you a representation of your younger self.
You can look at your child self with your adult eyes, and acknowledge your own history, experience, emotion and past situations you experienced as a child to recognise where the hurt lies, and how to unhook from it. Leaving you feeling free of your past and acknowledging your strengths and coping strategies made in moments of stress.
The doll is approximately 35cm tall and is gender neutral.

The doll is made from polymer clay and is fully jointed to allow full movement. Past clients have said their inner child doll becomes sacred to them and is core to their own self development work.

I was really grateful and very emotional! I felt like I was receiving the gift of my own inner child to mother. It was like a birthing and very special.
How do you use your doll in general and/or specifically?
To begin with I kept her close to me and observed her with curiosity. As I got to know her we played together. And now almost 3 years on she is part of my altar – my maiden so she is an object of devotion.

What is involved in making me my own inner child doll?
The process of making you your doll starts with a thorough 1-2-1 consultation to gather all the information and for me to understand your outcome required which usually takes 1-2 hours.
If you decided to go ahead then I send you a commission form to complete which is the agreement and commitment between us.
What does the doll look like? is it realistic?
There are two types of doll can be made:
1. A moving ball jointed doll (with outfit and underwear)
Making a doll like this takes me about 40 hours in total. Each doll is made using polymer clay. They are each hand painted, and have bespoke handmade wigs and eyes. They are truly one-off pieces.
2. A posable model doll fully dressed (cannot be completely undressed)
These dolls are made with an aluminium frame that can be bent to pose your doll. The head, hands and feet/shoes are handmade with polymer clay and the body shaped from soft materials. The body is then dressed and the clothes sewn into place. These dolls are quicker to produce and take around 20 hours to craft.
Each doll is made completely from scratch and is made in your likeness. Any skin tone, eye colour and hair colour can be adopted. As I work and create your inner child doll it is infused with your intentions for healing. I document the making (birthing) of your doll and continue to communicate with you throughout the entire process.
How will I know how to use my doll effectively?
Alongside of your doll you will receive a workbook created by my good friend Dawn Giulietta who is a hugely experienced psychotherapist and healer with over 30 years experience. How long does it take to make an inner child doll?
I can only take on making a limited number of dolls per year I hope you understand and so we have to both be absolutely sure it is the right thing to do. Making your inner child doll takes about a week once I get started, and if there is a waiting list for this service you will be told from the outset.
How much will it cost me to commission my very own inner child doll?
There are lots of variants to the price as each one is different and has different requirements, but as a guide they range between £230-£550. Each inner child within us is unique and needs specific help, support, understanding and your doll will reflect back to you just what you need.
Payment can be made at each stage of the process, thus spreading out the cost if that is helpful to know.
