Forget New year resolutions that make you feel bad as soon as you break them, and instead, set your INTENTIONS! This has the benefit of you setting out your destination, and leaving enough wiggle room to move towards it steady and slowly throughout the year! AND you get to paint and decorate your very own angel in any way you choose who is then a reminder to you to keep you on track!
This workshop combines my skills of creativity and self-development and self-expression. As a former trainer and coach I love to help guide you to set goals you can achieve to create the life you are proud of.
