5. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors. Your payment method will be charged when your order is accepted. All prices are in British pound sterling and are subject to applicable taxes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes that may arise are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Ordering and payment policies for bespoke and custom-made goods tailored for a single buyer

1. Customisation Process:

Customisation is where a product is made to your own specification. This includes the Custom made dolls, Intention Angel doll, the Inner Child doll and the Soul Part Model.
These specifications are limited to;
Intention Angels; the drop down options available at the selection stage to include skin tone, dress colour, hair colour and metallic option.
Inner Child doll; following our consultation and within the advertised costuming options.
Soul Part models; Following our shamanic session and within the bounds of the sessions reveal.
No extra or added options can be included for any of the above products without the full permission and further consultation with Karrin Simpson Artist.
The stages of the customisation process are consultation (either in person or via drop down options to order online), design approval, material selection, and production timelines.

2. Pricing:

Pricing for bespoke items are listed ‘from’ on the website. Full price will be determined when adding together the labour, materials and complexity of customisation.
Before any custom work is carried out the following will be required
Intention Angel – Full cost is paid in full via the online shop
Inner Child Doll – Full payment is paid after all consultation process and design is approved by both parties.
Soul part model – Full payment is paid prior to the consultation process and shamanic energy healing session is carried out. Design is approved by both parties following the session.
Design approval, will include sketches, consultation/conversation. Once agreed this agreement will be put in writing. Once the agreement has been signed no changes can be made to the finalised sculpture.
If any revisions or changes or modifications are requested after design approval has been finalised these will be subject to the discretion of Karrin Simpson Artist. If it is possible changed can be made but may incur and additional cost.

4. Payment Structure:

All payment options are subject to online banking availability. Payment terms may be available via 3rd party providers used by Karrin Simpson Artist. No direct payment options other than payment in full can be made or negotiated with Karrin Simpson Artist.
Accepted payment methods, such as credit cards, bank transfers, or other secure online payment platforms will be used.

5. Deposit , Cancellation & Refunds:

If you choose to cancel your customised art piece, doll or sculpture this is possible if your doll has not been created or customised to an extent that no other person will purchase it.
as a guide; Intention Angels can be cancelled at any time prior to their painting process. Once an angel had been painted this then becomes your bespoke order which must be paid for in full.
Inner child and Soul part dolls cannot be cancelled once the design is approved and formally signed.
All other goods and services that are not bespoke can be cancelled within a 24hour period with a full refund given.
A cancellation fee may apply for Inner child and soul part sculptures according to how much time has been invested in the process prior to the product being made.
Once goods are received refunds will only be available to off the shelf products such as our nature inspired dolls, and only with good reasons. Please see our refunds policy for full details.

6. Production Timeline:

Production and delivery timelines for custom-made items may vary. Depending on demand and complexity of the product. A full estimate for completion of your order will be given at the time of design approval. We reserve the right that if delivery dates are changed on any goods this may occur but you will be kept updated of any changes.

7. Quality Assurance:

Quality control and assurance processes are in place to ensure that the custom-made product meets your specifications and standards. There may be some small variants in colour tones as each project is handmade and painted in small batches. With the Intention Angels there may be some small blemishes or oddities on the surface. This is completely normal due to the hand made process used to make them and which makes them unique.

8. Communication and Updates:

Communication and contact points include but are not exclusive to the following for Inner Child and Soul Part models
Initial contact
full consultation or shamanic session
post consultation or shamanic session draft design
design approval
Making of the Model/doll
Dressing/costuming of the model/doll
Curtesy following delivery

9. Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping costs are aligned to Royal Mail for UK and couriers for overseas. A full list can be found on my shipping policy.
Insurance can be added onto shipping cost at your own expense.

10. Returns and Refunds:

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exclusions

Custom or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors on our part or in alignment with out terms and conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution:

Describe the process for handling disputes or disagreements, including any mediation or arbitration procedures.

12. Terms and Conditions Acceptance:

You agree to all of these terms and conditions by completing a purchase directly online and/or by signing the design approval form for all custom made goods.

13. Privacy and Data Protection:

Karrin Simpson Artist will never sell or share your information or data with any 3rd parties. All consultations will be treated confidentially and not shared with any other person or parties.

14. Force Majeure:

In the event of natural disasters, stock shortages, pandemics or any other unforeseen situations that may affect your order we will notify you of any changes at our earliest opportunity.

Returns and Refund Policy

Returns
